I made a few foods for the first time over these past couple of days. There's not much, but I thought I'd share...
Kimchee jjigae with tofu, beef, shiitake, & bean sprouts. I really shoved a lot in there. I'm sure the taste doesn't even compare to jjigae made by an expert, but for my first time, it came out better than I expected. Even better was how easy it was to make! (Which is good because I now have a bunch of pepper and dashi to use up.)
BBQ chicken. Nothing special, but it was my first time making it. I literally just threw the marinade together without tasting it, so I'm lucky it didn't come out too salty or sweet. XD I was going to cook this on an actual grill, but then realized that I don't know how to use a grill without blowing myself up, so I stuck to broiling it in my oven.
Some jun I made tonight. There's two pajun and a very ugly kimchee jun. I'm not too good at frying things, so they didn't come out as crispy as I would've liked. I've got a lot of mix to use up, though, so hopefully I'll get better.
And, finally, it's not new or something I made, but...
I luuuuuurve mango! In my mind, it's very nearly the perfect fruit (or at least one of the perfect fruits in this world). I don't know anyone with a mango tree, so I had to buy this one from the grocery store. It was a struggle to let it sit long enough to ripen fully, especially as it started becoming more fragrant. XD

Yeah, it's all Korean food. That wasn't entirely intentional, but it makes sense since I just went to the Korean market a few days ago. :P
